As we celebrate Women’s History Month, we want to recognize all of the amazing women at ScottsMiracle-Gro. I’m honored to kick off our Women in Science series.
When I started here almost 17 years ago, there were zero females in leadership roles in tech and operations. Now we have multiple senior leaders with science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) degrees. As Jim Hagedorn said, “Women are running the business now.”
These women are helping lead the way in R&D and beyond, as we develop innovative products and sustainable solutions for the future.
